Frequently asked questions
When is my booking confirmed?
Once the full ticket price has been paid. Bookings made by email or phone that haven’t been paid are held for 3 days.
How is seating arranged?
Seats are allocated in order of purchase, and the seating plan is finalised one or two days before the event. To sit together, buy all your tickets in one order.
What does the ticket include?
The New Year’s Eve buffet dinner and the music. The price already includes VAT and the 15% service charge; nothing is added on the night.
Can we bring children?
Yes, from age 8. Children aged 8 to 12 get a reduced ticket (20% off: 60,000 HUF, or 55,000 HUF until 15 November). From age 12 the full price applies.
Can I get a refund?
No. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. As this is a leisure event on a fixed date, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply.
Is there a dress code?
Yes — elegant.
Does the boat sail during the evening?
No. Vogue is permanently moored, so there’s no timetable — just the same view of Margaret Bridge and Buda Castle all night.
How do I get there?
We’re on the Pest bank between Margaret Bridge and Árpád Bridge, at Carl Lutz rakpart XIII/19. You can park on the embankment right in front of the boat; on weekdays it’s paid between 8 am and 10 pm.
Could the menu change?
We may adjust individual dishes.
